The Houston/Louisiana Property Management team was the recipient of numerous awards at JLL’s national Management Training Conference held April 3-7, in Scottsdale, Arizona. Recognized at the conference awards dinner, aptly themed Above and Beyond, Assistant Chief Engineer Jack Hollis received a national award and several others received regional awards, as well as the Property Team of the Year award. Congratulations to the entire property management team for their excellent work!

||Jack Hollis, Assistant Chief Engineer
National Leadership Safety Award
Jack Hollis received the National Leadership Safety Award for achieving zero injuries in 2015 during a significant construction program and tenant expansion. Furthermore, Jack went above and beyond the call of duty to create a dedicated route and parking area for radiation patients going to and from the building’s Oncology office, ensuring the best interest of the patients and the safety of all building tenants.
||Courtney Azizeh, Assistant General Manager
Team Player of the Year Award
Courtney Azizeh was named Team Player of the Year for playing a vital role in implementing strategies and solutions for achieving high performance in water savings and energy efficiency, which directly led to an LEED Gold certification. She consistently provides cost savings ideas, and provides accurate and prompt service to tenants and clients.
||JR West, Chief Engineer
Green Star Award
JR West was awarded a Green Star for playing an instrumental role in his building achieving LEED Gold certification and for helping to complete more than $3.5 million in building upgrades. Completed upgrades resulted in an overall energy savings of 23 percent.
||Tina Sandrock, General Manager
Continued Excellence Award
Tina Sandrock received the Continued Excellence Award for emanating JLL culture, being an outstanding resource to others, proactively creating ways to encourage and show appreciation to her team, and for developing strong positive client relationships. She is described as “the best of the best” and continues to be one of JLL’s top talents.
||Phil Davis, VP Senior General Manager
Manager of the Year
Phil Davis received the Manager of the Year award for his demonstrated excellence in managing properties totaling 3.4 million square feet. Phil also serves as the General Manager and New Business Development lead for Industrial Property Management. In 2015, he was instrumental in winning 200,000 square feet of new product.

Property Team of the Year Award
Phil Davis, Scott Talbert, Courtney Azizeh and JR West received the Property Team of the Year award for their outstanding property management of 2000 West Loop South in Houston, Texas. The team was recognized for their numerous achievements including, scoring above the national aoverage on their Tenant Satisfaction Survey, reaching LEED Gold certification, and completing more than $3.5 million in building upgrades.
