Tom Fish is executive managing director with JLL’s Capital Markets Finance group. Tom specializes in the origination of debt and equity for projects and clients across the U.S. and is responsible for the growth of the Capital Markets Finance platform nationally. An active participant in the business community, Tom is a member of NAIOP, ICSC, Mortgage Bankers Association, NMHC, and Urban Land Institute. He currently serves as the chairman of the board of Buffalo Bayou Partnership.
